MONTPELIER, Vt. — The Vermont Student Anti-Racism Network hosted the NAACP, ACLU, Campaign Zero and state representatives. They gathered to discuss their priorities for “crossover week,” the symbolic halfway point of the legislative session where lawmakers in the house and senate send bills to be voted on in the other chamber.
